To create a quote, we will need the following information from you: customer location, type of support and required competencies (L1, L2, L3) and SLA definition (SBD, NBD, 3NBD).

Step 2

Approval of the request and signing of the contract

Cooperation with Global ICT providers is possible only on the basis of a concluded framework agreement.

Step 3

Routine operation of the service including reporting

Every month our customers receive a report with all the details.
